Below is a list of the various abilities and characteristics that have been awarded to various people, due to the rareness of these we\'re trying to limit the numbers of them, because of this only the SS are awarding them out, as parts of quests, or as rewards, etc.

No after reading this how could you POSSIBLY argue? That is the best reason in the world. I also have a pet snake. So I could like make him attack random people and my enemies since I'm the slowest typer in the world. That way, they colud just die from the venom instead of my slow but AWESOME dueling.

Well, anyway that's not how it's supposed to be! A gift for graduation? Be realistic, metamorphi-something was supposed to show signs of it WHEN THEY'RE FRIKIN NEW BORNS. Their hair was suppose to change color or something. And occlumens and legilimens are not that rare. They were both something you could LEARN. And parseltongue, dude also something your born with. Not a graduation present. I think if you have a good reason, family history and genes that has something to do with it YOU SHOULD FUCKIN GET IT! Thank you for reading!
