Hey,I'm like an example of a student that got out of school quicker then most. I was a 3rd year I believe and I signed on one day and I was Head of Gryffindor!I turned out alright didn't I?It doesn't really matter the year (except for maybe 1st and 2nd) just the person.If the person doesn't know how to rp then it's like...well they aren't getting an early job...BUT if they were already slightly experienced and not rp retarded then its like...Hey your alright man...your alright....I've had my two cents but it in...thanks =]

So there 2 things you can do:
1) Wait for an SS member to quit.
2) Speed things up by forcing them to quit or get fired by some way.....

Well, even with loyalty, there is also knowledge, and ability.
