Some People Get Mixed Up With Quidditch.

This Is Quidditch Guys.

Each team is made up of seven players, consisting of three Chasers, two Beaters, one Keeper and one Seeker.The Chasers progress up and down the pitch passing the Quaffle by hand amongst themselves, in an attempt to score goals by throwing it through one of their opponent's three goal hoops. In this respect, the game is similar to rugby.The Keeper is charged with protecting the three goal hoops, in much the same way as a goalkeeper in football.The Beaters are armed with wooden clubs that are similar to, but shorter than, baseball bats. They are tasked with protecting their teammates from the Bludgers by knocking these balls off course or towards opponents.Finally, the Seeker, usually the lightest member of the team and equipped with the fastest broom, is charged with searching the pitch for, chasing down and eventually capturing, the elusive Golden Snitch. Seekers are the only players permitted to touch the Snitch.Each team includes a captain, who may play any of the four positions. The captain helps the team practice and chooses the team players after the tryouts.

i think a bunch of people knew this, but it actually might be helpful for new members that want to play.

Hold whatever inter-tournaments you like, but we're not starting house Quidditch yet.

Feel free to practice somewhere or set up your own tournament.

I know the rules of quidditch...this is ust a fun activity for everyone.
Im not sayig this is REALLY quiiditch cause its nothing like it...im just saying that It wold be FUN to do an activity like this!

i prefer Brockian Ultra-Cricket, run up to someone, whack them with sports equipment, run off, and apologize from a distance.

Basically, run around the pitch whacking people, returning to your base, shouting sorry, and repeating this again and again.

Sounds fun,

The idea is from the 'Hitchiker's guide to the galaxy' books, to elaborate on the lesser rules, the players are put on the pitch, and a huge brick wall built around it, and then sports equipment is thrown in over the wall, then like a several-hour long free-for-all till most of the players are dead or summin.

Also, ive ALREADY hit Terri with sports equipment, we played it before and i had a chainsaw! (from some obscure logging sport which i cba to think of)
