General Population of the RP Survey

okay, im writing this to ask a few questions on what you guys think about the rp in :!:general.
this is going to be used to help people figure out what needs help in the rp, and how EVERYONE can help fix it
All questions are based on my observations and i just want to see what everyone thinks.
Please try to be as detailed as possible, but dont make it an eyesore to read
post replies here, and feel Free to discuss the topics presented.
try to keep it friendly with each other.

:!:Q. 1 - are there enough decent rp'ers in the RP?
:!:Q. 2 - what do you personally think could be added to help (includes, classes, objects to spruce up the castle, shops, whatever you think)
:!:Q. 3 - Should teachers be having class more often?
:!:Q. 4 - Should teachers be teaching *New* Students spells and getting them better at RP?
:!:Q. 5 - Should people be demoted or promoted to their proper ranks, so everyone can learn what they need to to be successful in the rp? (this question may cause controversy, because people are complaining about teachers and/or staff being lower than their level of rp.)
