Dark Wizards INSIDE Hogwarts?

A dark wizard was seen tortueing a small hufflepuff studen[name unknown], when Bellatrix Slytherin came over and pushed him out the window! If the hufflepuff student[being tortued and pushed out a window] will ever recover is unknown. He currently resides in St.Mungo's.

Okay, Basicully dementors are at Hogwarts because of the quarentine the same as aurors, if something gets the dementors attention (like the evil scent), the aurors will most likely go to investigate whats getting the dementors so interested.

And, doesn't the polyjuice potion need DNA?
