A complaint (No offence intended for anyone)

My only complaint of this wonderfully perfect school is:

Staffing!

In this school, as in many other schools, you need the EXPERIENCE to get a good job. But the one thing that is at flaw with this system is that people CANT get experience cause they are constantly getting clouded by the people with experience.

Now i know it is better to have experience in RPG's and everything but many people are not gonna be bothered about it anymore because they arent getting enough experience and as a result they dont get a job and as a result of that they either:
keep getting rejected
Just sit around bored.

With positions high like DHM, HI etc. I know the person with the most experience has the best chance...but it doesnt necessarily mean that they are the best CANDIDATE for the job...Even the least experinced person can do better than the most experinced int he world...It's just a matter of getting the chance.

There is one SS memeber that as i write this letter i yearn for his day to return:

Jason.

He was the one who gave me the CHANCE, the one who actually BELIEVED in me even when other (except Toby) didnt. He gave em that chance and because of it my RP life changed...But...he's gone and tiems have moved on. so if this is an Rp where the less experienced people cant get a good job...Is it worth people coming here...Finishing the school...and then just sitting around?

I had a lot of experience and I am doing well.
I understand your reasons for complaining,
but I think I can speak for myself and the rest of the SS when I say:

"We only approve people with good experience to be on the safe side of doing things. But, we all agree that good experience isn't the only good part of getting a good job, there is also a good application, good knowledge about the job which you're applying for, etc. etc. John got the job not purely because of his experience, but because his application was good and he knows what he's doing. All of the other applicants clearly had knowledge of what they were doing AND had good applications, but realistically, we HAD to choose the person who had the most experience on the final decision."

Yes you did and you got a good job...But those who DONT have that much experience, i fele its like tryna climb everest to get a Position they might actually deserve...Now im not tryna say i deserved it the most..i dunno mabe i did maybe i didnt, but im saying i FEEL, my opinion, is that its becoming harder for a person with elss experince to get a good job...and becaus eof that...there basically heading for a one way road...

Seriously - right, I'm SORRY if you didn't get the job.
But let's be LOGICAL. A hogwarts wouldn't be a hogwarts without students and other teachers. So your thinking is COMPLETELY unaccurate because - being an SS member doesn't exactly make you really entertained 24/7!
ALL Of you had good applications, and Brawlar, you had good experience in this school.
But Lotte and I (and some of the SS members) knew John before #H#, and we know he's capable of doing this job better than most people at this school, PLUS he had good experience.

So don't complain about something as silly as a job because - you've got a worse chance of getting a job at `H` (due to it's popularity)

I just took this oppotunity to say what i FEEL.

Like i said an OPINION.

@Leon: Everyone actually has a fair chance at `H`... everyone with a brain, that is. Now, I am NOT saying that here doesn't have a fair chance. He actually has basically the same chance as he does here, if not more, because there's something called TRIALS. ;D Basically, it's "Do your job or gtfo my staff team," in the words of Alex. Anyway. Don't yell at him because he's speaking his mind?

Look, kid.

Everyone starts somewhere, and everyone starts with no experience. For example, Tim's FIRST Hogwarts was Chris's Hogwarts. He knew how to RP, but it was his first HPRPG. And now, at his SECOND Hogwarts, he is Headmaster.

It's not experience, to say. It's how well you can RP.

Indeed.
It's how well recognised you can be and the best of your ability you can put to the school.
Begging for jobs or begging for the SS to do things doesn't exactly make you recognised for the right reasons (not saying you do).

Oh, and a good way to get good jobs (says the Hogwarts High Inquisitor), is to type with literacy and correct grammar.
